At Westbourne Medical Centre we make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice. Here you can leave positive feedback and any suggestions you feel may help us to improve our service.

If you have a complaint or concern about our service, please let us know. Our Medical Centre has a complaints procedure and system in place that meets national criteria.

The Advocacy People
Independent Health Complaints Advocacy is a free, independent advocacy service that can help you make a complaint about any aspect of your NHS care or treatment. This includes treatment in a private hospital or care home that is funded by the NHS.

Action Against Medical Accidents – the UK charity for patient safety and justice. They provide free and confidential advice and support to people affected by medical accidents and can refer to a panel of specialist clinical negligence solicitors or other sources of support where appropriate.

Healthwatch Dorset – Healthwatch is the independent consumer champion created to gather and represent the views of the public. The aim of Healthwatch is to give citizens and communities a stronger voice to influence and challenge how health and social care services are provided within their locality.
