Using Online Triage

HOW IT WORKS
When speaking to our Patient Co-ordinators you will be asked for your personal details (name, date of birth or address).
We operate a total triage system for appointments therefore patients are required to complete the online consultation form known as SystmConnect. If you are unable to complete this yourself, please inform the team who can then complete the form on your behalf. Following the triage process ensures that you are assisted as quickly as possible and are seen by the most appropriate Clinician for your condition.
Enhanced Access to General Practice Services
We are pleased to inform our patients that from 1 October 2022 we will be offering some of our services at evenings and weekends, either within the practice or local area.
These will be Monday to Friday from 18:30 to 20:00, and on Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:30
These services include:
– Cervical Screening
– Wound Management
– Vaccinations
– Joint Injections
– GP Telephone Consultations
– Long Term Health Condition Reviews
