  During my childhood (in the 1950s) I had an excellent family Dr since that time I have had various experiences of local GPs. However during the last 10 years at Westbourne I have found a surgery with a family/individual approach to treatment that is caring, knowledgeable and professional. I understand that the NHS is overwhelmed and there are times one can get frustrated but the care and joint approach to understanding the holistic nature of a patient is second to none.   I have recently received what I can only describe as a 5 star service from Ashlea and Claire when I was struggling to arrange some new medication,  the service was very prompt and efficient and everything was communicated perfectly, thank you for a great service!

  Fantastic GP practice, cannot give them enough stars. I sent an online enquiry today and within ten minutes the duty doctor had diagnosed me and sent a prescription to the pharmacy. Brilliant work all around, particularly the excellent GPs Dr Holly Foster and Dr Tom Linton.

  We’ve always had a positive experience with everyone at the practice. The receptionists and staff are friendly, welcoming and always helpful.

In particular, Dr Goswami is outstanding. She has looked after both me and, most recently, my son. She is highly professional, kind and genuinely caring. She listens carefully, communicates with warmth and empathy, and always takes the time to explain things clearly. We were especially grateful for the thoughtful solutions and advice she provided.
